Nice pose, but you need to work on your anatomy, perspective and proportions.

Her right leg is coming toward us, so it should be foreshortened and be larger since its closer to us. Her hands are too tiny and her head is too large. The torso is also stiff, try to follow the curve of the spine. Also practice some contraposto poses, have the hips going one way and the shoulders going the opposite.
