hate to say it, but I there is something off about the facial proportions, try doing a horizontal flip in photoshop to see if you can isolate it.

if you look at the colors there were actually a lot of adjustments on that. i always say its good to do a bit of research (mainly just clicking the thumb) before spouting off a critique ;)

Well he is only trying to help so be nice. You want to get better don't you? We all have room for improvement and need a friendly critique from time to time. The problem is better in the color, but still wrong. The eyes are roughly the same size even though her head is turned which would make the farthest one smaller than the nearest. The eyes are also both too close together in both the color and B&W. Good drawing, Just a friendly critique.
