please tell me how did u make that glowing light blue effect?!?!? what coloring material did u use? ( if its color pencil, what type of color pencil is it?)

The drawing is amazingly captivating. I was a bit puzzled with the position of the shoulder and the attachment of the rear wing at first, but the impression you managed to achieve by both lighting up and darkening the neutral earthtone background makes this drawing to really stand out. Awesome job :)

I love the contrast and simplicity! The earthtone paper choice definitely helps create a "glowing" sort of effect. :)
