Color Choice Tutorial

This is a method tutorial that explains the areas of the color picker, WHICH areas to use WHEN and which areas to avoid unless its a special case, this tutorial also suggests those times to use them.

I've used this many times at comic convention panels and seminars, and its a very effective way to study not just color theory, but to teach yourself color choice as well.
